The key characteristics we look for in a prospective employee are aligned with our core values.  We want to know the employee will value a family environment with professionalism and commitment to all stakeholders.  We also look for safety-minded individuals who look out for their personal safety, and the safety of those around them.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Prospective employees get our attention by exemplifying the traits of our core values.  Showing initiation and innovative thinking in the environmental industry is important, along with showing the care of wellbeing for all around them.
