What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Key Characteristics for ADS: Belief in our Purpose, Customer Focus, Drive, Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Intellectual Horsepower and a Battery-Charging Attitude. We feel that if you have those things, you can conquer the world, and certainly be successful in ours.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We love candidates who have both a government background (military or otherwise) and a commercial one. We like to see the integration of those two experiences and find that people who are nimble in transition are very successful in our fast paced environment. It helps to be able to speak the customer's language, but being able to translate between government-speak and the commercial world is extremely attractive.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
We will always be on the lookout for strong sales & Business Development candidates. In the coming year we will also be looking for candidates with Research & Development experience.
