    What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

    We look for innovative and entrepreneurial individuals.  Our customer centered health care model is somewhat rare in today’s market and we look for folks who are comfortable with our "customer first" philosophy. The following are a few requirements to be successful: 1. Respect – of the customer, the value of the customer's time, the family and friends, and their team members. 2. Leadership – our delivery system depends on the successful interactions of our facility teams. 3. Team work – ability to delegate, and be delegated to.

    What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

    They can include a cover letter or respond to our  application question asking why they should be hired with a response that indicates that 1. They read the job description and meet the requirements, and 2. That they recognize our commitment to excellent customer service and consistently provide that service.
