The Adecco Way to Work™ website provides job seekers with various resources to get their job hunting on track: an opportunity to apply for our annual CEO for One Month program, apply for one of many client or Adecco branch office internships, notification of Street Day events where Adecco comes to campus and finally a collection of resources in our Job Seeker’s Guide designed to help candidates prepare to find their dream job.
  • Win4Youth: Provides an opportunity for every Adecco colleague, associate and client to step forward and contribute through sports activity to raise money donated to select foundations that have a common purpose – they all help give young people a future in work and life. Since its start in 2010, the program has seen an amazing number of our people enthusiastically take the opportunity to bring vital aspects of our four core values to life, showing team spirit, the willingness to take responsibility by promoting fairness, diversity and equality and by demonstrating passion to engage with Win4Youth and make a positive difference.
  • Health and Wellness Benefits: We encourage the physical well-being of our colleagues by offering health and wellness benefits. Through a quarterly reimbursement program, colleagues can receive financial assistance to pay for expenses such as gym memberships, wellness classes, self-defense classes, dietary programs and smoking cessation. In addition to access to full medical benefits, we also provide a telehealth benefit which allows our employees to seek medical attention virtually. This on-demand care is available 24 hours and is free to access.
  • Athlete Career and Education: As a proud sponsor of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), we're making it a little easier for U.S. Olympic and Paralympic hopefuls to realize their gold medal dreams without getting overwhelmed with life. In conjunction with the USOC, the USOC Athlete Career & Education program was developed. The program helps athletes find flexible job opportunities that afford them the time and financial resources necessary to train and prepare. Our athletes get hands-on career experience that they can use to smoothly transition to great careers outside of sports. In addition, they receive advice on resume development, interview preparation and job market research, along with seminars and career coaching.
  • Adecco Military Alliance: With the protection and support that military members provide our country, the least we can do is support their post-military career. While veterans are in high demand with their military skill set, it can be tough to transition to civilian jobs. But that's why we're here to help. Our connections allow us to offer the flexibility veterans need as they transition their service. We haven't forgotten about military spouses! Military spouses need flexible career support to supplement military benefits. And guess what, we deliver by partnering with groups like the Military Spouse Employment Partnership.
  • Certified Diverse Supplier Program: We’re serious about developing and nurturing relationships with certified diverse suppliers.
