  • Career Development: We strive to support our employee's professional development for their tenure with us and beyond. It's a mutual investment in both the employee and success of our organization. We've carved out clear career paths for employees, have sent staff members to learning conferences and have both formal and informal feedback and review processes in place, so that development is always a topic of conversation.
  • Work-Life Balance: Work-life balance is one of the most important values that we hold dear. Not only does this mean providing flexible schedules and generous PTO, but also supporting our team members during harder family events. We allow employees to take whatever time they need to grieve after a loss, to help out when family members are sick and even send flowers and cards when someone loses a beloved pet.
  • Staff Events: We host a variety of fun and unique staff events throughout the year, trying to do at least one event per month. Most of our staff events are held during business hours, to encourage 100% attendance without taking away from people's personal lives. We've done everything from whitewater rafting to go kart racing to bowling and attending sporting events. We welcome new hires with a happy hour and make a point to celebrate life events like birthdays, weddings, and home purchases.
  • Giving Back to the Community: Not only do we coordinate quarterly volunteer events in our communities, but we are also very supportive of our employees' personal involvement. After Hurricane Harvey hit Houston in 2017, one of our Denver members felt called to action. With no questions asked, we gave him our blessing to head to Houston and help out however he saw fit. We also contributed $2500 to Team Rubicon, who he partnered with, along with another $2500 to the JJ Watt Foundation. We were so proud of his efforts and those members from our Austin office, who spent a weekend volunteering in Houston.
  • Staff Retreat: Every year, we host an all-inclusive staff retreat to a top destination location, like Florida, Mexico or Palm Springs. All staff is invited from both our Denver and Austin offices and we coordinate exciting and unique activities, like a day test driving BMWs at their Performance Center, dinners 8500 ft up at the top of the Aerial Tram, snorkel excursions and so much more!
  • Generous PTO & Work from Home: All employees are provided with a second monitor on their very first day in the office. Whether they have an appointment, a sick kid, an industry network event or something else in their life that they'd like to participate in, we're happy to allow them the flexibility to manage their own time and schedules. This applies to paid time off, as well. On our end, we expect employees to follow through on their commitments and responsibilities, drive results and communicate with us about their availability. Beyond that, we trust our employees to manage their schedules and workloads appropriately.
