Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Acuity has plans to hire 100-150 employees each year for the next several years. These hires will include both entry-level and experienced positions, which call for different sets of experiences and abilities. We will focus our recruitment initiatives heavily on adding to the following areas of the business: services, underwriting, claims, information technology, and business systems. These new employees will be instrumental in driving Acuity’s nationwide growth plans.
