  • Healthcare on the Go: Mobile access is revolutionizing how people live, play, and consume. With this in mind, we decided that mobility, convenience, and speed should be integrated into our benefits. Through our new Doctor on Demand and Heal programs, employees can get no-cost access to treatment from a doctor through a video chat or a home physical visit.
  • Wellbeing & Healthy Incentive Programs: Our high-touch approach to wellbeing includes one-on-one benefits consultations, healthy food options at our various offices, and the ability to choose your own workout whether it’s through an app, a discount at a local yoga studio, or in our onsite gym.   • Family Friendly: Our employees have access to fertility support, pregnancy tracking, and a $5,000 stipend to help with the adoption process. In partnership with Wellthy, employees now have care coordination support when caring for elderly, chronically ill, or disabled family members. To support our employees with a terminally ill loved one, eight weeks of paid Compassion Leave is provided to spend quality time with an immediate family member.
