  • Remote/Flexible Work Environment: Acceleration Partners offers a flexible work environment which allows employees to work from home or flex office spaces in major cities. This gives employees the opportunity to make time for their personal obligations and work in they way that they are most productive.
  • Open PTO: At Acceleration Partners, we recognize the need for employees to take time away from work to recharge and spend time with family and friends so we embrace Open PTO for all full-time, salaried employees from the date of hire.
  • Health & Wellness Program: Employees set personal health and wellness goals and when achieved, they will be reimbursed for the expense. The design of this system is to create accountability to help each individual make progress towards personal health in a way that is meaningful and important to them.
  • Spot Bonuses: Each manager is empowered to give a spot bonus to any of their direct reports for executing superior work, going above and beyond, or any action that positively impacts the company and moves us toward our goals.
  • Vacation Incentive Bonus: After 6 months of service, employees are eligible for a vacation incentive bonus once a year. Employees are encouraged to responsibly plan coverage and take a full week of PTO to “unplug” and recharge, and will get reimbursed a portion of their trip.

What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?

We're looking for people who have strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well, people who only provide superior results and unsurpassed customer service, people who emphasize an incredible attention to detail and are capable of multitasking and coordinating several projects at once. Most of all we’re looking for people who are aligned with our values: -We believe in accountability and empowering individuals to succeed. -We believe in always getting better and being a genuine partner to our clients and each other. -We believe in always striving for excellence. -We believe in doing things differently from how they have always been done. -We believe in having flexibility and responsibility.

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

We're looking for A players who excel in their current positions and have a strong track record of delivering results for their companies or clients. Knowledge of the latest industry news and best practices is important, as is familiarity with our company and our work. Most of all we're looking for efficient, effective, accountable people who are also a pleasure to work with.  Candidates that have done their research often stand out in the interview process, reading our blog, listening to podcasts, or even reading the book recently published by our CEO.

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

We are looking to hire a lot of junior level associate employees and will be continuing to hire account managers as we continue to grow this year both in the US and Globally.
