What key characteristics tell you a prospective employee will be a great fit for your company?
Overall we are looking for a candidate who fits in our culture, is friendly and enthusiastic about the position, and has some prior relevant experience. Those characteristics go a long way in determining if there is a mutual interest in a position. We want potential associates to feel great and be excited about working at 4imprint! 4imprint’s process is to first scan the resume for qualifications that match the requirements of the job. The HR staff takes special note of anyone who seems to go above and beyond in their resume/cover letter. Above all, 4imprint looks for friendly, conscientious and caring employees who will be a great fit for the culture already present in our company.
What can prospective employees do to get your attention?
We like to see candidates put a lot of effort into their application process. We love when we get a well-thought out cover letter followed by a nicely formatted resume! Once we have scheduled a phone interview, it’s always a plus when candidates know something about 4imprint and the position they are applying for as well. We have been known to call a candidate who may not be as qualified but has made an effort to stand out and show their enthusiasm! Also, at times candidates can make themselves stand out with their remarkable personality. There have been occasions that a candidate did not sell themselves on paper, but managed to get a call for an interview after the candidate called 4imprint to inquire about the status of their application, and they were able to convey their personality and passion for the job via that follow-up call.
Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?
Our open positions are always changing, but our main areas of focus will tend to be customer service representatives, accountanting roles, and embroidery operators. Most of our openings will be for full-time positions. Regardless of the position, 4imprint strives to find candidates who are a fitting match with the team that is currently in place, and individuals we feel would add something special and unique to our company.
