4G's RTSM enables critical functions of a clinical trial, from randomizing patients (who gets the active drug vs. the placebo), dispensing drug (ensuring patients receive correct dosage) and site resupply (controls the flow of drug from manufacturer to clinical sites).

Most importantly, we want every employee to be passionate about our mission of bringing crucial medicines to those who need them, faster. Everyone at 4G must be possess the right balance of humility and confidence, must be innately curious and committed to getting things done!

What can prospective employees do to get your attention?

Prospective employees should do their research into our organization and bring their passion for what we do to the conversation. 

Are there any positions or types of candidates you are particularly focused on hiring in this coming year?

As a relatively new company, we have recently built and launched our RTSM software using cutting edge technology and agile software methodologies. Over the next year, our expected growth phase will be in client delivery, services and technical project management.
